Water Buffalo Tritan 32oz Wide Mouth BPA Free Water Bottle

I purchased these for gifts and decided to go with these over the Nalgene (which I've used for years) because the description basically made it seem like they were the same materials, plus they had this cute water buffalo logo. Welllllll... I purchased 3 of these and 1 smaller Nalgene (for a little kid) and they all arrived at the same time. The Nalgene is sturdy, thick, and is made to last. The Water Buffalo ones are cheap, like really cheap, like you can squeeze them in your hand cheap, AND the caps are flimsy and will most certainly break in no time. I'm super disappointed in the quality and really wanted to love them because they're cute. Oh well... I purchased Nalgenes to give as the originally intended gifts, and these I'll give away as freebies in my company. Not a total loss, but a huge disappointment.

Before this product, I was using the S'well water bottle daily. While I liked my S'well, I was constantly misplacing the top/cap. Also, I didn't really benefit from the ThermaS'well technology, as I drink a lot of water and have to fill up with room temp water several times a day. I saw a buddy at the gym with this water bottle , so I decided to give it a try for 8 bucks. This product holds 32 oz of water (double the amount of my S'well) and still fits perfectly in my backpack and is lightweight. What's really sold me though, is the attached cap/cover (which I cannot misplace...ever!) I'm very happy with my purchase and have used it everyday since.

This is my second drinking bottle that I've received from Amazon. The first one was glass and ok but I needed a way to carry it. Ordered a lid with a strap from the bottle's maker which (a) very difficult to screw on, (b) got totally stuck once it was on yet (c) still leaked when upended. THIS bottle is FANTASTIC!!! It is lightweight, free of negative chemicals, and a pleasure to use. Ice cubes fit in the wide mouth, the attached lid forms a convenient carry loop and best of all, it doesn't leak!! This elderly user won't be doing any hiking but my trips to/from the kitchen with my walker to refill the bottle are so much easier. I am very happy.

We’ve enjoyed our water buffalo water bottle since September. My husband works outside and his bottle has stood up to the elements. After many brutal falls a final one cracked the bottle. Water Buffalo’s customer service was so great, they sent us a new bottle right away complete with a surprise goodie!

Pros- fits in car cupholder, and easier carry in backpack side pockets with slimmer design.Cons- its smaller than Nalgene. Advertises as 32 oz but that is max capacity to the lid. Nalgene is also 32 oz, but with a clear line delineating the 32 oz mark so you really get more volume than just 32 oz if filled all the way. Not a big deal for casual use, but if you're looking to max water capacity or know volume for cooking and rehydrating food, may not work for you.Overall, I really like it for everday use but will probably just get another Nalgene for backcountry pursuits.

It's just a great water bottle in many different ways for different purposes. Holds 32oz of water and can conveniently fit in my back pack for hiking or working out. This has become an everyday bottle for me since it was delivered. No complaints at all in regards to the bottle and will continue to use it everyday.

This water bottle has been a life saver. I use it as a measuring device to track my daily water intake (Two full bottles a day is the recommended daily intake). Smooth and durable. BPA Free. I take it everywhere with me!I'm very happy with my product and will continue to buy from this brand!

Ended up using with a different model bottle due to the ease of spillage with the wide lid and due to not finding some kind of lid insert of the correct size. Otherwise, it serves it's purpose
