Small but mighty!!
Very very very compact BUT the power in this little PC is insane. Whether you want to use it for multi-tasking e.g projects your working or if you want to use it for streaming/ gaming this thing can handle it all. This is the first budget friendly PC that I’ve bought that can run games like fortnite at 4k but mind you it is at 30fps. If you want higher frames drop the resolution to about 2k and you’ll get a solid 60fps but this could be higher(my monitor only supports 60hz). Point is this thing has restored my faith in PCs and I don’t feel like I’m missing out on anything because it can handle it. Also, it’s tiny like really tiny so it could fit in the palm of your hand. Finding space for it won’t be a problem at all. Lastly, for the most part it is quiet but when it is doing more demanding tasks it can get a little noisy but for what you’re getting it’s not the end of the world.

Fantastic PC for everyday use and video editing
I use this PC mostly for video editing and everyday tasks. Bear in mind it's not a gaming pc but it can run smoothly some basic games. Small and practical and very fast to load the OS system.

Great Value & Powerful Mini PC
Incredible Mini PC for a very reasonable price compared to an equivalent desktop tower. It comes with Windows 11 Pro out of the box. The speed of the system is very snappy and it tackles more demanding programmes like video editing and photo editing easily and has a trial of Microsoft 365. When it comes to gaming it can't really handle AAA titles albeit at very low settings but older games can run easily on medium/high with good framerates. I ran old titles like Battlefield 2, the original Star Wars Battlefront II (2005) and The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim all at the highest settings with no issues. If you want a powerful Mini PC for everyday tasks and some demanding programmes at a reasonable price, that also saves space and is energy efficient, I think this should be good enough for most people's needs in comparison to the more expensive systems.

1st was Faulty but second was perfect
TRIGKEY AMD Ryzen 7 Pro 5850U Mini PC 1st PC arrived in a cardboard box with no packing but appeared undamaged. However when connecting up - using the same cables as the mini PC it is replacing- the display flashed badly, displayed plain noise and the unit was unusable. Checked all connections and the fault was definitely inside the Trigkey. Return initiated UPDATE - Replacement worked perfectly, took some time to update as expected but no issues or bloatware, Happy. AM giving this unit a second chance as the fault may be a 1 off - so oreder a replcement, will update.

Extremely good value
Extremely good value mini computer. Powerful and tiny! Mine is the 32gb ram version. I paid about £300 for it. Compare that to what you would get from the main high street stores, and you would pay twice as much for a computer 8 times the size and a quarter of the processing power! There are offers on which can save you a lot of money, but I think this is a great little computer.

System Clock Failed.
Simple set up, easy to configure, no bloatware, extra sockets, responsive graphics, quick startup. A great space saving device, well designed and assembled smart little brick. Instructions are limited, but just plug everything in, follow the onscreen instructions, load your apps and if you did it right, it will do exactly what it says on the box. Time Failure - CR2032 Penny Li Battery changed - system clock fail, cable terminals ok. As contacts are soldered dirctly onto the battery that is glued to the motherboard the warranty was void when it needs to be replaced. Not so good, downrated to 1 star.

Zippy and quiet mini PC that runs Linux great
I bought the Trigkey S5 with the Ryzen 7 5700u and 16GB of RAM to use as a small home Linux server. While waiting for a 4TB m.2, an 8TB SSD, an 64GB of DDR4 I ordered, I decided to install Arch Linux with KDE Plasma, just to see how desktop Linux runs on it. I was pleasantly surprised by the performance! The unit is currently driving a 1080p TV and a 2K monitor. To see how far I could push it, I turned on a 1080p video on YouTube, played a movie in VLC, opened a Android Virtual Machine, opened Android Studio, and opened QuakeLive. The TrigKey S5 could handle it, but only just. Things got stuttery as I used all available memory (which was only 12GB as I set 4GB for the integrated Vega GPU in the BIOS). When I closed the AVD, everything ran buttery smooth again. My 64GB kit should arrive tomorrow, so I'll run a similar test once I upgrade the RAM. There's an option to reserve 8GB and 16GB or RAM for the iGPU, so I'll set the full 16GB (just to see if it makes a difference). Once I provision my Trigkey S5 as a home Linux server, I'll probably get another mini PC with a Ryzen 7000HS series CPU to replace my big desktop box. Really impressed by this little box.
