Christopher Knight Home Ogden KD Swivel Barstool (2 piece set) - Brown

Since the pandemic began, I have been slowly but surely updating my home. It is probably because I am spending more time in it that I see/notice things that I have been neglecting or that simply need upgrading. One thing that needed upgrading were my bar stools. I decided it was time to update them with these hot, new, spicy ones. Guess what? I love them. They are modern. Easy to assemble. And match most decor. I love the design, which includes brass studs (as accents). The only warning I will give consumers is that the top bolts are difficult to screw in because of their position. These stools are comfortable to sit in. I like that they are curved which makes it seem like they have arm rests. The color is perfect. The leather is chocolate and the legs are espresso colored. The set is reasonably priced. And finally, everything you need to assemble is included. Overall, these are great bar stools that I would definitely recommend. Love them? (Did I say that already.)

I purchased this set of barstools for my kitchen island, and I am very happy with my choice. The barstools are stylish and elegant, and they match well with my decor. The bar stools are really nice and great value. Only reason for four stars is one came with defaulted foot bar. I was able to fix myself because I have a wood shop. I requested another one but they wanted so much information and bs in emails I just fixed it myself. Other then that they were easy to put together and are holding up nice. Great value for the price.

We purchased 4 of these chairs after a horrible experience with another seller that is still not resolved to make absolutely sure we were going to be happy with them. Happy doesn’t even begin to describe it, they are exactly what we have been searching for & we love them so we went ahead & placed another order & have two more coming to complete our set! These chairs were better than described as far as comfort goes & they are very attractive. We did have to shorten the legs to fit them around our kitchen island which we knew we would have to do when we ordered them & they turned out perfectly. They would be a perfect height for a home bar or an island that is taller than a normal kitchen countertop. They arrived ahead of the scheduled delivery date which was amazing since it is the week before Christmas so it gave us plenty of time to get them together before everyone comes home! Assembly was very simple & I did all four chairs on my own. We absolutely love them after our first fiasco with another company & just wish we would have found these first!

These chairs look extremely nice and excellent quality. I bought these over 2 months ago but was nervous about putting them together. I read over the directions that were not clear, but I was still able to put these chairs together with no issues. They are beautiful and expensive looking chairs. I had no issues putting them together and must say they were worth the money. Don’t pass up the opportunity to purchase these. I actually paid $80 more than what they are selling for now. BUY THEM YOU WON’T REGRET IT. Just buy them already.

Let me first talk about all the positive points. This set of high chairs has only 1 thing going for it - it is comfortable to sit in. Now for the rest of the feedback- The holes machined for fixing the legs and the smaller wood pieces between the legs were absolutely terrible. So we had a real tough time putting this together. Even after we did, sometimes, since the holes under the seat were uneven, the bolts would loosen a little and we had to keep tightening it. Next are cracks in the wood underneath the seat. I returned the delivery twice before I got one without cracks. The cracks I got were either due to improper machining or rough handling of the package. While this brand is costly compared to other available chairs, the quality of the wood, machining seems pretty bad and cheap (looks like they outsourced their design & that vendor/supplier is doing not a great job). I would not recommend these chairs at all. Update. The chairs broke and now are ready to be firewood. The company that fulfilled my order should be really ashamed for selling a product that has no quality. Well earned money flushed down the drain.

This is a very nice pair of bar-height stools that I use around my pool table. They are very comfortable and the right balance of padding and support - not too stiff and not to soft - and the swivel under the seat is well balanced. The one issue I had is that one of the stools has a sewn-in wrinkle on the front end of the seat cushion (see photo). It is a manufacturing error, and I have not been able to correct it yet. The stools are very comfortable and took a while to patiently assemble, so I kept them anyway.

We bought 2 a couple of years ago and 2 of a different kind, I.just sold the wood back ones and bought 2 more of these. Very comfortable!
