This shirt runs true to size if you order a large you get a large I'm 5'11 165 pounds I wear a base layer and an extra sweatshirt underneath sometimes cause I work in a freezer and this shirt fits over no problem so a little baggy for me with just a t-shirt underneath but overall nice comfortable work shirt
