I’ve been using the Agaro MultiCook Kettle with Steamer for a while now, and it has turned out to be a very handy appliance for daily use. The build quality feels sturdy and premium, and the transparent glass body makes it easy to monitor cooking. The kettle heats up quickly and is perfect for boiling water, making tea/coffee, instant noodles, soups, eggs, and even steaming vegetables using the steamer attachment. The steamer works well for light steaming and is quite useful for preparing healthy food. Temperature control options are simple and effective, making it easy even for beginners. Cleaning is easy due to the wide mouth and detachable parts. It is compact, doesn’t take much space in the kitchen, and is ideal for bachelors, students, or small families.

Very nice but it's too small Worth money

I purchased the AGARO Regency Multi Cook Kettle around 6 months ago, and it has been a very handy and reliable kitchen companion. The kettle is versatile, perfect for boiling, steaming, making tea, coffee, eggs, and more. The build quality and wide-mouth design make it very easy to use and clean. After months of use, one of the buttons stopped working. I raised a complaint, and I’m genuinely impressed with AGARO’s customer service (Anindita Mam). She handled the entire process very smoothly, from reviewing the issue to analysing the problem and starting the replacement procedure. Today, I received a brand-new product, and the whole experience was seamless and hassle-free. Really appreciate AGARO for standing by their product and offering such great support. Highly recommended!

I recently purchased this kettle and initially tested it by boiling water, which worked fine. However, when I later tried making tea, sparks suddenly started coming from the kettle. Within moments, a hole was created at the bottom, and the kettle completely stopped working. Because of this hole, all the liquid leaked out. This was a very dangerous situation and could have caused some injury. I am extremely disappointed with the product quality. Adding to this, I have tried contacting customer care multiple times, but there has been no response so far. This has been a very bad experience for me. I request an immediate response and a proper resolution, such as a replacement or refund, at the earliest.
