When I start the review, I should mention that I use BCAA as an intra-workout. I tried this particular brand of BCAA for the first timePros: 7.6 gm of BCAA per serving. That's a real good amount. The BCAA I normally use contains 6.8 gm of BCAA per serving.As I use BCAA as an intra-workout, I need some protein and carbs too, along with BCAA. As I do not want to sound like as I am promoting another brand, so I am not using the name here. The BCAA I use normally contains 49.98 kcal of energy against 1.4 kcal in this one, 7.85 gm of protein against 0 in this one, 4.60 gm of carbs against 0 in this.So the BCAA is generally use is custom-built for intra-workout and this BCAA is custom-built for delivering pure BCAA (those who do not want extra carbs)!Cons: I got this guava flavor. The aroma is so strong that once I shake it, the smell of freshly cut guava fills the entire room. This might be a pro for someone who loves guava. But I do not like guava so much.But the issue is that the flavor isn't that strong as the aroma. As I use it as an intra-workout, I need strong flavor to give a kick to me during my 4-5 hours of strenous workout.The company might try to reduce the aroma and mix something to increase the taste.So this BCAA will work wonderfully who would need pure BCAA. May be, as a drink once in a day, but it cannot be used as a pre or post workout.But in 599, I would buy this product again as I could use this as a drink before bed or something

Good taste and mixability, value for money.The product is good.This will give you results that's for sure.After heacy duty workouts It allows your muscels to recover.Its very important supplement for athletes and regularly lifters.

This one is so far the cheapest BCAA i have come across but important would be does this serves the purpose? I have consumed it a few times and seems an average product. Did give a little boost during workout but may not be termed as magical.The taste is literally bad, well i have used other BCAA before but they don't taste this bad. I am used to tasteless products since i prefer unflavored supplements but this one leaves all other behind.However like every product related to fitness should not be assessed on taste but its effectiveness, I think it gives you as much you pay for it.Addition:Now that i have used it few more times, I can confidently say that this product is not useful. It doesnt make any difference if you consume it or not. The taste is the worst and I have kinda scrapped the 3/4 bottle now.AVOID

Additionally, if you add 2-3 tablets, there is a risk of the shaker bottle automatically opening and causing the liquid to spill.

Using it as a intra workout drink. Energy levels have improved and better recovery. Also post workout muscle pump is much better.Flavor is fine , ofcourse it's incorrect to compare to actual fruit and then this is not even meant to be a product for leisure drink.Totally worth the money

Does not give you desired pump which is expected from an Intra workout . Avoid orange Flavor .. bad taste

More power more strenght It is really very nice product give you focus and better performance feel full increase energy tiredness go away give it a chance. Packagein looks good cheap but product works taste is ok I take it with protein good mixability.
