L and XL should be right size for older boys
This product should really keep warm. The material is soft with a slight sheen on top and lined with fleece underneath. Unfortunately I had to return as I misinterpreted the sizing. I usually order a S for my 10year old in mens wear. The sizing is for boys and I should have ordered a L or XL for my tall 10year old

My son loves these, they are light and breathable, yet warm. The material is exceptional, and so far has not shrank. My child uses these for skating and hockey. We used to layer up with pajama pants, but this is much better. Coincidentally, these can also be used as pajamas. * They are comfortable. * They are breathable. * They do not shrink.

I purchased this set for my son as well as a Girls set for my daughter for an upcoming trip we had to Minneapolis, MN. Being that we live in Atlanta AND that it was February, we had to gear up something serious to brave the single digit temps! My kids were not going to MN for Winter Break and NOT playing in some snow! These long johns were perfect...Incredibly soft, well made, can be washed and dried, and not bunchy under all the other layers we are unaccustomed to wearing! My kids were comfortable and warm, and I know a lot of credit goes to this product. Thank you to Judy who displayed above and beyond customer service. Have confidence with this purchase!
