I bought this as a graduation gift and my brother LOVES it. The wood is beautiful and it is a high quality fountain pen. He hopes to keep it on his desk for years to come!

This is a unique gift for the writer. It's stylish and classy and it isn't expensive. I like it a lot.

Looks great, feels normal, nice for a gift or show off, but just for writing, ther cartidges suggested are not for the pen, ink is ok for me now, just to play and enjoy.

It is just decent enough (and barely) for me to decide to keep it and not return it....It looks good, has a nice quality to the fabric and yet, it writes badly badly....I tried two types of inks and I can tell you having used a lot of fountain pens, this is a bad quality of pen when it comes to writing and basic performance, the ink dosen't dispel well, the lines are uneven and tip puts ink to the paper horribly creating either very weak lines which are barely visible, or lines that have spillage on the side of them. I saw a few negative reviews and decided to take a gamble and buy it because it was of good pricing and looked very good...I do regret that now, so if you are on the fence take my example and find something which can perform better

The pen is certainly beautiful, but appearances can be deceptive. It's not quite as large as I'd hoped and so is somewhat awkward to hold (and I have what might be described as a medium-sized man's hand), and after I'd used it for a few months, the plunger used to draw ink in broke. Overall, I consider the pen a disappointment. If the 30-day return period weren't already up, I'd send it back.
