I love this shower system. It is stylish and looks expensive, but was reasonable priced. It was super easy to install which is a plus. The instruction manual was easy to follow, with diagrams and step by step instructions. All of the parts came with it. The shower head is big and it has great coverage. Not only is there good coverage, the pressure from both the shower head and the hand held are great. The half held is comfortable to use. The sprayer is a game changer when cleaning the shower, and cleaning your entire body’s. The wall mounted design is both sturdy and stylish. There are no leaks, and it is secured in place. And it come with a five year guarantee. I honestly feel like I’m at a spa using this system.

The shower head is really big and makes for a beautiful rainfall shower experience. Looks great and the hand nozzle has great pressure. Very easy to use unlike some other models with several different levers, with just one for temperature and one to switch from showered head to hand held. I bought the first for my guest bath and then got another for my master, I liked it so much.

Beautiful! Huge rain shower head, powerful hand held. Plumber thought this was extremely high quality. Price was fabulous. I had been looking at systems from build.com. So glad I purchased this and saved over 1k

I am still in the process of installing this system. Here is my take away on it thus far and will update this review once it is fully in use. I find the mixing valve to be sturdy and of good construction. All finishes of the on the visible shower pieces look good and high quality. So bottom line..for the money this seems to be an excellent product for either a new install or upgrade to your current shower.The Drawbacks as I see them:-DO NOT use the teflon tape that was provided. When doing a pressure test I had leaks around the mixing valve and after tightening each fitting with all my might it still leaks slightly. If you do use their tape wrap each fitting extra well at min. 10 times.- The barbed fittings that attach to the mixing valve are EXTREMELY difficult to seat fully on 1/2" PEX tubing. I feel the barb fitting is oversized to maybe accommodate for possibly 3/4 inch tube. So getting the Pex to slide over the entire fitting is very very difficult unless you have a PEX tube stretcher or some other tool to seat it to the barb end.-The instruction manual is basically useless. The install of this product is pretty straightforward and almost anyone can figure it out after viewing the video and just thinking through proper steps. However, I do think the instruction piece could be a little more user-friendly especially in the area of mounting the valve for a drywall and tile install.-Lastly the Shower wand is very sleek and kind of smallish feeling in the hand. To me so much so that it seem obvious that it will slip out of soapy hands. I also wish the hose that attaches to it was a metal goose neck hose rather than plastic. I've already purchased another hand held for 30 bucks that has a bigger head, more ergonomically pleasing design, and massage jet pulsation. It by no means is a deal breaker, and many smaller handed people may like the included hand held. As for me it just seemed pedestrian in its feel and shape.

Fantastic Showerhead , I did bathroom renovation and was looking for something like for rain shower . This is fanatic and good quality . Value for the money . Did not find anything similar elsewhere .

I must preface this review by saying that I LOVE rain showers, but have had a hard time finding good ones. This shower set, though, I really like! It was easy to handle and install, which was a huge blessing.I mostly enjoy this because it does well with water pressure, giving a nice massage as I'm showering. It also has the little side handle that you can switch to for more versitile use and flexibility.I like the finish on the material, which gives it a nice, classy look. When I forest ordered it, I wasn't sure which material/finish would fit my bathroom best, but now I think any option would have been nice. They are just subtle enough to fit just about any aesthetic.Overall, I really enjoy this shower head. It offers great value for the money it costs, and has made our home look a bit nicer. If you are unsure about it, I'd recommend giving it a shot.

I’ve had this shower system for a little over a month. I was told that it was easy to install, as I hired this job out to contractor.The rainfall spray is perfect and has elevated my shower experience, to the feeling that I’ve only experienced at resorts.I also do like the handheld attachment which is useful for cleaning the shower. You can use both the rainfall and the handheld at same time, and the spray of rainfall is not affected.The black finish on the shower head ,handles and attachments fit in nicely with the design of my newly remodeled bathroom . Highly recommend.
