It does help with pain relief and inflammation. But makes me feel bloated, made me feel really heavy on stomach. For knee pain, I guess you have to take it for at least a month to see it but for minor body pain and aches, it’s good.

In any case, I know a bit about Ayurveda, and looking at the list of herbs, I’d recommend this.
