They work GOOD!!!
These are great because they are strong. I had Bells Palsy and although it went away THANK GOD the left side of my nose kinda closed up. I tried the Breath Right strips and they were ok but these are the best ones because they are stronger.

Strong for 80% of cases
My first time trying Nazal strips - good starting product if you are new to nazal strips. For me personally my deviated septum needs a stronger lift on one side so I applied it unevenly and it still stuck but not in the best way. So 5 stars for product but know you may need to use something else.

Not sure about extra strength
I'm not entirely sure I need these strips. But I deal with single-sided congestion on a fairly regular basis and I've recently decided to do as much as I can to improve my sleep so I decided to give these a try to see if they help with anything.I've used other breathing strips in the past that I thought were OK, but didn't blow me away. I deliberately chose extra strength because I remember feeling like the strips I tried in the past didn't do as much as I would have liked. These are super easy to apply. I rub my nose with an alcohol pad to clean my skin of serum and moisturizer first. Then I apply the strip across my nose as evenly as possible. The strip lasts all night and would last even longer if I left it in the morning. I am allergic to many adhesives, fortunately, I do not react to these. My only complaint is that I have a nose ring and the ends of the strips are really wide. I wish they were more petite as I have a small short woman's nose. I think if the ends were less thick, I'd be more comfortable especially due to my piercing. I'll be switching from a ring to a stud and hopefully, the smaller surface space will make it less of a problem.

Pregnancy must have
I could not have survived sleep in my second and third trimester without these. The swelling I experienced in my nasal passage way made it very difficult to breathe but these worked like a charm. The only con was that the adhesive did irritate my skin, slightly. You could see a pinkish mark on my nose every day. But honestly, you don't care at that point as long as you're sleeping :)

Uncomfortable for me
These nasal strips didn't work for me. I heard that they work well for people, and it's a good brand. I have a deviated septum, so I thought these might help me breathe better at night. After trying them for a couple of nights, I decided they weren't for me. They stuck on well, but it was just a sensory thing for me. I was very aware they were on, and they irritated and scratched my nose all night, causing me to rip them off sometime into the night so I could sleep.

The sticky part goes against the skin.
Best product to keep your nostrils open and allow air to flow down to your oxygen processing units. Before I discovered these things I would have to use stiff plastic or metal straws to keep those nostrils open while I slept. This was far from optimal as I would toss and turn throughout the night, and inevitably one or both straws would dislodge or be forced deeper into my nasal cavity. Thank you Breathe Right for giving me a safer way to sleep.

Adhesive
Extremely useful and lasts up to 12 hours if you aren’t exercising. While working out mine started pulling a bit off at the end of my work out due to the sweat but you get what you paid for tried it out while sleeping and it was amazing

Pregnancy related snoring - this helped to an extent
I have pregnancy-related snoring (brought on by hormonal rhinitis), and was driving my partner crazy. Decided to give this a try to see if it would help. I'd say it was pretty helpful for the most part. I could instantly feel my airways open up when used properly. It can be challenging to get used to putting them on CORRECTLY, but once you learn it's pretty straightforward. If you have oily skin like me, make sure to wash your face prior to use.
