Q: Will this work with a sonodyne rp4000 turntable havind a classic 700 stylus, played with a denon avr 1707 amplifier???

Hello, Some of the old amplifiers have a phono input, but the modern ones dont. So this product is to connect to the amplifers which do not have a phone input. It can be pluged into the CD or the AUX input RCA jacks. I checked your amp on the net and it does not have the phono input. So you will need this to connect your turntable. The stulus does not matter.

Q: Is compitable with cyramic stylus?

I have Philips GA 242 Turn table which has ceramic stylus and this Preamp works fine with this stylus.

Q: Voltage mentioned in ad is 110volt. Would it work in India?

No, either you have to arrange a 230/110v step-down transformer or a 230V AC driven 12v dc supply.
