This is such a pretty piece and I want to love it, but sadly can’t. In the short time I’ve used it (less than a month), the wire edges have snagged on several of my blouses and sweaters. The lanyard is super cute with the owls, but required me to put it back together after it broke apart randomly. The center piece is beautiful and gets lots of compliments, but the stones come loose and require me to “tighten” the wire often in order to avoid the stones coming apart. Lastly, the clasps broke off and I had to make more adjustments in order to be able to use it at all.

I ordered this on the spur of the moment and then read the reviews. Uh-oh. I was worried that the chain and the pendant would catch on my clothes. I was relieved, though, when it arrived and I could find no sharp edges or protruding wires. Note that the model I got included the chain without the owls, so I can't speak for that one. Also, I saw a comment that the chain didn't have a clasp. This chain does have a clasp, so I was able to add a magnetic closure, which I prefer on my work badge. (At the end of the day it's just such a relief to tug at that thing and have it pop right off. Free at last!)

I just received the necklace today. I made a point to ask it had a safety release cat I made a point to ask had a safety release catch. Since this is required of me in my uniforms since I work in mental health. I was told that it did happen to safety catch. Yet when it arrived it is a continuous solid link chain that I cannot wear to work. So while this is a beautiful piece it’s useless to me and I am either going to have to gift it to someone who works in a non-mental health facility or just not wear it at all for the purpose that I wanted to wear it for.

My original review was probably a little better than this one. The chain and pendant catch in your clothes constantly. At first I put a ring of glue on the pendant to stop the wires from catching my clothes however the glue comes off. I was willing to reapply the glue however you can't do that with the chain. I would not recommend this lanyard. Its a shame because it is very pretty but definitely not useable.

This is really nice lanyard but it's not 34in. I tried measuring in every way to give the benefit of the doubt but unless I count the length of the tree design twice it's not 34in. Still very nice, just not as long as I was hoping for.

The piece is very beautiful but the wire around the outside tends to cut and catch on clothing and anything that it brushes up against. The longer I wore it the more the wire came off. It lasted 6 weeks before I could no longer wear it.Also, the owls on the side constantly shift, making me adjust it all day.Would not buy again.

Beautiful piece. The rainbow one did break on both sides under the first owl so my daughter had to piece it back together. The tree is bigger than expected it's about the size of the cardboard in the middle of a toilet paper roll. But beautiful

this necklace is so beautiful! I really love the design of the tree with colorful leaves inside the circle, the owls are also a plus! It's just so cute, I will buy more from this shop, and give them to my friends as gifts.

At workplace we use badge and I bought this as a badge holder for my friend. She uses it and she likes it so much. A lot of our patients would notice it and appreciate the badge holder. Never regret I bought this for a Christmas gift to my friend at work.

Very pretty, ordered for a cruise. Loved them my girls and myself. They dressed up even a tshirt and looked gorgeous! Don’t pack any long necklaces you don’t need them and your sail and sign card is close and secure.

This is so elegant and pretty. It's for my mother in law to use on our cruise. So she has a dressy laynard to wear and it will be easy for her to keep her room key at hand.
