An idiotic item, a big manufacturer carelessness towards a product cost common people irritate and exhaust. Without remote this fan is waste. When you switch off and on again it will beep for a long time and won’t start off until you find a remote and change the setting.Fan should be an option but this fan will revolve around a remote.If I had an option I would have replace it long back.

Oct 24: 1 fan making noise. Informed Crompton service site. They sent a mechanic, replaced 2 inner bearings. Bearings fitted by OEM & replaced ones, both are of poor quality, secondary brand. A day after replacement the new bearings also started giving noise. Rating reduced from 5 to 3*.Jan24: Fans look great. Quality is good. Price was least among renown brand bldc fans. We bought 2 fans to replace old type in the house. When remote of any one bedroom is operated, it used to change fan operations in both the rooms. Upon registering the issue, Crompton local technicians came us quickly, solved it immediately and also explained how to do that. Overall good experience. You may buy it without any hesitation.

Product is good but it's rate is high while flipkart is providing with less amount.

Initiated a service request which got scheduled after 10 days and on 11th day marked as closed, not a single call from service centre, works company to deal with just avoidJust stopped working within 4 days of use, hardly used for 7-8 hoursBought 4 fans for new home on Amazon 2 of them stopped working within 10 days, clearly shows poor products are sold on Amazon , with 1 week return window zero support and non existing warranty
