I have loved Koinonia since I stepped in the first time last year. They even have speciality brews in their quaint little shop at Bandra. I always end up picking a few and Marvahulla is one of my favorites. It’s a great place that has authentic flavors in their coffee and they grind the beans in front of you so it stays fresh too.I am so glad that the brand is now available on Amazon coz it’s two of my trusted brands together and I can sit in the comfort of my house and enjoy this coffee whenever I want to. Keep it up koinonia, wishing you go from strength to strength!

Quick delivery and amazing coffee, super fresh and on the same level of artisanal small batch coffee I get in the USA. However, the bag I received the coffee in was not compressed properly and not airtight. Also, the resealable aspect of this bag was void as the zip lock was not properly attached to one side of the bag, so I had to transfer it to a different container.Still totally worth buying as the coffee is absolutely amazing.

Excellent coffee, I have tried coffees from multiple roasters with mixed experiences (mostly due to the imperfect grind). I spoke to Shannon before placing the order and asked for a fresh roast for my Tecnora machine, received the order in 2days as promised and was surprised to see almost the perfect grind for my Tecnora espresso machine. Almost perfect because of my machine's limitation to extract espresso shots from fine grinds. Shannon sent me a bit coarser grind compared to fine and it was the best I have tried so far from any roaster.I will definitely place future orders from Koinonia Roasters.P.S. - The zip lock packaging is a bit confusing, I had to use another (external) container to store the coffee as I could not understand how to the air tight packaging of this product works.

First time when I ordered coffee beans, I haved as Coffee ground. Next time when I ordered for coffee ground, have received as coffee beans.Anyway, the product is very good, rich, flavorful and full bodied.Do u have code number for coffee ground and for coffee beans.

This Marvahulla coffee has an excellent flavour. This being a dark roast is slightly on the bitter side for people who like their coffee very strong. Please make it available additionally as a medium roast so that it retains more of the flavour and is somewhat less bitter.

Worst coffee ever. This is not coffee , this is mud.

Fantastic coffee to start your day; brilliant aroma after grinding and pulling espresso shots. This medium roast is suitable for cappuccinos as it has cocoa/chocolate notes to it. However, I prefer latte macchiatos in a double walled thermal glass cup.The customer service was courteous and maybe you should start expanding in Bangalore which is closer to the coffee you source from.
