So-so, could be better...
Well, I don't hate it, but I don't love it either. Here is what I like:They screw snugly onto the salad dressing bottleThe tube that goes into the bottle is adjustable for different bottle sizesThe cup is pretty clearly marked for 1 servingHere is what I don't like:They are rather heavy and bulkyThey can not be used with glass bottles (you must be able to squeeze the bottle to get the dressing up the tube)If the bottle is not full, it can take a lot of squeezing to get the dressing to go up the tubeThey are messy, the dressing seems to slop everywhere when trying to pour it out of the cup, which leads me to my next point...It is not easy to pour the dressing out of the cup if it is a thicker dressing, like Thousand Island - I had to use a knife to scrape all of the dressing outThe green lids that go over the cup don't fit very snugNot sure if dishwasher safe, nothing in instructions saying they areI will probably look for a better product for measuring my salad dressing

First Step to Being Healthy
The portion control salad dressing lid worked pretty well. The size is reasonable and definitely fits into many size top.The straw part is adjustable to the bottle length. The whole unit is easy to clean and installed. The only downside to the product is the size of the top. It's a little bulky, so if you put it in the fridge you might wanna make room for it.Other than that, it's a good thing to have if you want to eat healthier and size control.I love it and would recommend it.

Works good but....
This works well for the most part. You just have to be careful that you have the tube extended so that it goes to the bottom of the dressing bottle. Also, I leave the lid off when using as it usually pops off any way as it stretched out after the first couple of uses. I hand wash it as I'm afraid to put it in the dishwasher. However, I do use almost daily and this does a great job of showing you how little dressing you SHOULD use. Would definitely recommend.

The perfect device to foil your enemies' diet plans
Sabotage your emotionally-fragile friends' diet plans with this handy gadget from Jokari. Made of high quality plastic, everything about the packaging implies this product should work. Your friend will give a genuine smile as she unwraps the gift. Surely, THIS will help her walk the fine line between Ranch Soup and eating a raw forest. You can cackle all the way home from the birthday party knowing that by Attempt Two she will have given up and returned to the safe harbor of a dozen fried Oreos.Exactly how will this occur? The Jokari Healthy Steps Portion Control Dressing Lid helps you sabotage your friends in several distinct ways:1. The lid isn't guaranteed to catch on the threading of any salad dressing bottle. Unless you're buying the most common, generic slop sold in a bottle, you have no reason to believe it will fit on the neck of your dressing. They've been phasing that bottle style out for years now. Remember how many bottles used to look like the Wishbone bottle? Not so much today. Depending on your friend's resolve, they may stop here. If they manage to jam the soft plastic threading into this lid, they may proceed to the next step: The rise of dressing to reservoir2. The Rise of Dressing to ReservoirI'm not sure what the idealist designer of this product had in mind. Are you expected to squeeze the bottle and one ounce shoots up into the lid reservoir? There's one huge problem with this idea: If the top lid, that green part over the reservoir, actually sealed over the reservoir correctly, it would create a vacuum that would prevent any liquid from squeezing into the top. The product is made to be airtight, so I then have to assume you should be able to turn it upside down to fill the reservoir. That doesn't work either, since the lid leaks. Your friend may then try opening the reservoir lid enough that air flow would allow a squeeze to shoot product up the tube. Hilariously, my salad dressing was in a glass bottle.3. Cleaning and trying a new bottleThis thing can never be cleaned. Every dressing has a different consistency so its impossible to know what kind of dressing was meant to traverse this tube without issue. I couldn't get the straw to come clean after three handwashing attempts and two dishwashing attempts. For argument's sake, I bought a plastic bottle of salad dressing. This one had a classic neck style so I thought it may thread better. It threaded somewhat but still oozed when turned over. The dressing clotted in the straw when squeezed instead of filling the reservoir. Now it was even harder to clean. Imagine your enemies struggling as I have. Nothing will send a person bulldozing through a bucket of KFC like the emotional hardship of owning this product.Instead of attempting to use this product as intended, I suggest gifting it to people you secretly hate. It's a form of torture device.

Works great once set up
So it took me a few times to figure out how to use these. One straw is collapsed in another and you need to pull it out somehow to extend the straw long enough to fit in the salad bottle bottom. Now that I have extended it and twisted to make the extension tight, it works like a charm. Got this after I realized I was using 500 calories of dressing on my pretty green healthy salad. YIKES!

Haven't gotten a chance to use it yet so my ...
Haven't gotten a chance to use it yet so my feelings most likely will change once I'm not able to find a bottle of dressing that I can use it with. All of them have the smaller holes in the center that are non removable so I really can not use it with the tube that it came with.

It's a bit tall
I thought this was a great idea. It is a bit tall. It was working pretty good until I got down to 1/2 of the bottle. The cup wouldn't fill up. It became a mess. But I got to see how much 2 TBSPs really look like and I have cut way back on the size of my salads. It kinda clogs when using a creamy dressing. I use it for my Italian and Western dressing.

Works well
I bought this after being frustrated with Healthy Steps Portion Control Dressing Cruet which has a similar arrangement on its top but has not worn well with use. This fits on most salad dressing bottles and if you want to mix your own dressing after you've finished the packaged product you can. This portion control top has trained my husband not to drown his salad in a lake of excess dressing and is the only thing that demonstrated to him how wasteful he had been.

control dressing lid
This product does not do what the write up has mentioned, can't get the salad dressing to fill the Lid, I will not be using it, would prefer to have my money back. Inferior product, and very difficult to clean.

One Shot or Two?
This works for me. I never know what's enough or not enough, this ends that. On time, and as described.

Great idea, poor execution
First of all, you need to have a plastic bottle - it will not work, with the instructions given, with a glass bottle. It also doesn't work at all with creamy or thick dressings. Also, the lid occasionally pops off.So, if you've got a plastic bottle and a vinaigrette, and don't mind some spills, give it a try. If not, just use a spoon.
