Delivered in good condition. No cracks or breaks.The dimensions mentioned are including the fringe ( outer diameter). The inner diameter is about 1 to 11/2 inches smaller. But this is the case with all pots nowadays.The quality of plastic is reasonably good. Not very sturdy..at the same time not cheap quality.I received one set less, of plates.But still i would give 5 stars bcoz, i find it good value for money.
