I’m 5’10” and weigh 360 lbs. It’s hard to find sauna vest and suits that will fit me. I know most of the sauna suits on Amazon runs a size smaller than advertised. That being the case, I decided to go with the 6XL, as it said that it would fit those 300+ lbs. All I can say is that it fit perfectly. Not to tight and not to loose. I sweated buckets within a half hour into my workout. I’m very muscular up to, but also carry the most fat in my midsection, thus why I wanted to try this sauna shirt. It goes down to mid thigh and covers the area that I’m trying to loose the most weight. I know that you can’t target any one area for fat lose, however this product helps my body generate a lot more heat in my midsection causing me to sweat profusely! It’s also great at keeping the temperature of my core, chest, back, and arm muscles elevated through out my workout. I felt less muscle and joint discomfort. If you’re looking for a sturdy and comfortable working sauna shirt, then this is the one.

First and foremost if you are a big guy with a big chest I measured around 60" around and it still fit just a little snug. After wearing it for a week or longer it eventually will not be as tight.I was primarily interested in this product to help me to get the heart rate up while walking. Before my heart rate would sit around 100 average walking around and after wearing the entire ensemble its normally around 120-130 and higher when I do a slow jog. I did not buy this product for water loss but simply to burn more calories which so far I have lost an additional 10lbs since purchasing this product. I would highly recommend if used properly.

I read so many reviews before I bought this and really wanted it to be as good as some of the reviews said it was. Unfortunately it’s a little disappointing.First the fit- The sleeves are a little long and loose at the wrist. I was hoping it would be snug like a wet suit. But this didn’t really bother me much as it did allow me to wear my watch. The torso length was longer then expected but I really liked it. It goes past my waist and is really snug. I liked the snugness if the torso because it lets you know you’re wearing it but doesn’t restrict movement or breathing. The collar for some reason I did not think it looked like a deep V cut but that’s how it feels to me. There is a zipper on the lower left hand side that helps with removing it.Quality- It feels lighter then I expected, thinner material just never inspires confidence. The stitching does seem to be of good quality though so maybe it’ll help. Overall though it just doesn’t feel like it’s made for heavy / constant use.Now for the sweating. No difference at all, if anything I feel like maybe I sweat less when wearing this. As soon as it arrived I put it on and hit the treadmill for 2 miles. I barely broke a sweat at all. The room temp was 74 degrees so I was sweating a little but no more then usual. This morning I figured I’d give it another try. 2 1/2 mile jog outside low 50’s and I felt cold. Seriously I’ve sweat more with my UA Cold Gear then I did wearing this.My ultimate opinion is that it’s just not worth the price if your goal is to produce more sweat.

ive had this for about two weeks now. ive been using it every other day on my cardio days. i use this as well as take a thermal supplement and damn do i ever sweat. dripping out the sleeves. this thing works great! dont get me wrong i do stay hydrated while i do my regimen. with all the sweat dripping out i have to keep the water flowing. but it does speed up the burning of calories. ive owned other versions in the past and they do not compare to the construction and durability of this one. previous ones that were cheaper ripped at the seems trying to remove it off your sweaty body. this is worth the extra money to have a long lasting piece. the only thing is that mine is a bit long for my torso. i fold the sleeve up one fold and fold the bottom torso one fold to make a good fit. thinking of taking it the cleaners for a proper hem job. for anyone thats looking for a sweat suit, well this is the one!

I just bought my fourth one. below is what I wrote following the purchase of my third one, and I still stand by it.This is my third one!I might get lucky getting one of those other "plastic bag" types to last one month. Mine last at least a year or maybe two. I use it about four times a week, year round, working out with weights or just regular cardio. It fits just like a regular shirt, no restriction in motion.all I do for cleaning is rinse it thoroughly with clean water after use and then leave it out in the sun to dry which is primarily what I see as the reason for my replacements (all the sun exposure).using the available sizing chart provides a realistic / comfortable fit.I plan to continue purchasing these in the future, as long as I am active.

I love it- but read this carefully. It is the SHIRT ONLY. I only glanced and thought I was buying the entire suit and had to go back and read the description when the box arrived, then had to go back and order the pants to go with this shirt. The shirt I ordered two sizes up from what I normally wear, and it fits well, and causes me to sweat like crazy when working out. It is well made and sturdy with quality stitching- all of the seams line up properly.I have used it on the bike and during some light weightlifting and I did not feel it was going to split open or anything. I definitely recommend this over the big box store garbage bags with velcro straps I have been using in the past.

This sauna suit is a great product, the first day I received it I put it on and played baseball with the kids. Instantly began to sweat! The range of motion is awesome the comfort is great. It almost feels like a wet suit but only the upper portion. Range of motion is great and I don’t feel like my movements are compromised in any way. The only thing I’m concerned about is the zipper on the left lower side. I’m not sure if it’s YKK zipper, I like it only goes up half way to throw the suit on. so far I have not had any issues with it. Great product decent price point. I would buy it again and probably will once this one is done.
