Book in good condition must buy really helpful

On day 1, I received only vol 1. Package should contain two volumes and a Lab manual. Moreover, delivered product was the previous edition. See image attached. When I raised the issue with help desk, I was promised a replacement. The help desk personnel was very courteous and apologetic and promised a replacement. On day2, replacement was provided. Though all 3 books were there, to our surprise they were very old editions not in line with the current syllabus.Returned the entire package and awaiting refund.If the sellers are not sincere, Amazon’s reputation will be at stake.
