I'm of Italian Heritage, this is one of the top quality pastas I've ever eaten, comparable to my grandmother's homemade pasta.

Excellent Capellini. We are trying different pastas trying to get away from the regular grocery store choices that are not very good. There is a clear and obvious difference in taste and texture. Do not hesitate to buy it. One family member said it is the best they have ever had, although it might have been due to my sauce lol. It is very good pasta though. Superior to anything in the chain grocery stores. Try it!

This company is my favorite pasta company of all time. Their noodles are absolutely delicious and have no Glyphosate. Unfortunately you have to by products from Europe in order to avoid the Glyphosate.

This brand of dry pasta is far superior to others. It retains a wonderfully chewy texture when cooked, which makes any pasta dish taste even better.

I'm an admitted Capellini snob - I love a good pasta, and seek it out. This is the best I've found other than making my own (which I'm too busy to do!) I found it in a grocery store in Texas, and haven't been able to find it locally since I moved - so I order it online from Amazon a dozen packages at a time. It's that good - I'll wait for it to come in the mail. It's fantastic!
