Quemador a precio asequible

Solid, workhorse optical drive
LG optical drives have, for years, been workhorses--dependable, steady Eddies that rarely produce coasters. For five years now I've had an LG combo Blu-Ray drive, and I've burned well over a thousand CDs, DVDs, and Blu-Ray discs on it, and can't remember the last time it failed to burn a disc successfully. I also have a Plextor drive, which I *thought* was the benchmark to which other drives were compared. I've had so many issues with the Plextor drive tray getting stuck that I gave up on it a few months ago and replaced it with this LG multi-drive, and so far the LG drive has lived up to my expectations. It reads and records every format of disc that I have except Blu-Ray, of course, and seems to plow right through problem discs as well--ones with scratches or smudges. It can't do miracles, of course, but the laser pickup seems to be very forgiving of scratches and imperfections on the disc surface. The unit is quiet while in operation, though some wind noise is unavoidable when recording at speeds over 24x (a disc spinning at 48x is gonna make noise no matter which drive is turning it).Setup is standard for any 5.25" SATA device. There are four screws to mount, and SATA data and power jacks in back. All operating systems today should automatically detect and install the driver, and even an SATA-1 interface and cable are sufficient, so you can install this in practically any desktop with an SATA jack. Please note that the OEM version does not come with an SATA cable or Molex to SATA power adapter, so if you're adding a second drive you'll need the SATA data cable, and if your power supply doesn't have SATA power plugs you'll also want to grab one of those adapters. There's not much else to say about this. It's a great drive, especially for the price, and if it lives up to the reputation of previous LG drives, I'll still be using this thing five years from now.

Replacement internal CD drives
These drives are lists as on of the 10 best drives. They are easy to install and have a strong laser for a good CD / DVD burn. A good value.
