I am not in a position to comment on the IQ. I never bought it with a purpose of improving IQ. My objective was to simply be closer to the subject while taking pictures and this set does it well.The outer shell is metal, which is a touch heavy, but that gives the required protection the glass lens need. it is pretty easy to screw and unscrew them. The pouch provided is small enough not to occupy too much space and big enough to house the entire set safely.Given my expectation at this price point, it does the job pretty well

I ordered for 55mm (compatible to 18-55 mm kit lens) mount and I received 58mm (compatible to 70-300mm telephoto lens). Worst Quality macro. only a tiny part of the center is focused; rest area is just blown away.

Check the MM of your lens before buying.Nice built quality.Useful for Close macro shots.I will prefer to use manual focus then going for auto focus when this filter is on my lens as it becomes hard to focus its obvious tht its depend upon DSLR u carry.

Not so worth purchasing but it's an okay okay product. I M not satisfied with it but it is cheap so as per the price it is a good product.

I seriously wanted to waste some of money that day in online shopping and I had really nothing to buy, I checked this and I found the reviews very great.So ordered it, and I am happy that I succeeded in wasting money as this is of no use.
