Have tested about 100+ journals and this is the best value for money I have found out there. Paper is flawless, no ghosting. Survives rough use. Elastic lasts. Binding has never been an issue. Does not get dog-eared. Have purchased countless times now.

Highly recommend these for bullet journaling. The leuchttrum and moleskin is on the expensive side. This is a great alternative for its price and looks really good too. There's a sticker set included and there's an envelope in the back for you to keep any notes. I honestly have no complaints about the item as of now but I will test out all my pens and check for ghosting and bleeding through the pages. The pages are quite thick so I expect most of my pens to hold up.16/03Okay so I've used pigma micron and as expected there was no bleed through or ghosting. The tombow fudenoske brush pen ghosted slightly and bleeds through when you go over it but that has to be overlooked as that will happen on almost any paper apart from art paper. The Crayola supertips and zebra mildliners are perfectly fine. The sticker set is extremely useful but I'll still need washi tape (it just looks more asthetic) that's just personal taste though.Hope this helps those who are serious about the stationery they buy.

I was quite skeptical before I got this, because damn that’s a steal for the price. Especially for the number of pages and additional stickers. I also really liked the size of the notebook, easy to fit in your purse/bag. I wasn’t sure if I was going to like the detailing on the cover, but turns out it looks pretty decent.UPDATE: So, I still think this is one of the best journals on the market right now, especially if you’re looking for a more affordable option. However I do have to mention that while the pens I use don’t bleed through, they do cast a shadow when you flip the page over. I use the Crayola Supertips, Tombow Fudenosuke Pens and the micron ones too and they all cast a shadow. So, yeah just keep that in mind.If you’re one for less pajazz and more minimal spreads, I think you could consider this.

Have been using this brand since 5 years

It's a good notebook in the price range but the paper quality is still not too good...almost every pen will ghost and if you use sketchpens or marker, the bleed.Can paint upto a certain extent.

These notebooks are amazing! For a long time now, I was looking for a good notebook with dotted pages for bullet journal which would be available at a affordable price in India. Finally my search ended upon buying this notebook. It is much more worth for the price! Thanks to Matrikas Paper Products for making such a wonderful notebook. Love love love it 😍 I highly recommend this notebook. Will definitely buy this again. Hopefully this will always be available in Amazon India!

I have not tried the moleskin or Lechtrurm 1917 which are very costly in India. But this hard cover dotted journal from Matrikas is what i would recommend.It has all the good to have features:1. Index page2. All pages Numbered3. Fantastic Stickers4. Pen loop5. Places to Visit page & Books to read page6. Good Paper quality - I am minimalist so, i use a Ball point from Pierre Cardin and it works well with the journal.7. Comes in A5 size with 250 pages - which is slightly bigger than the Amazon classic note book.8. 3 nos Book mark ribbonThings i didnt like were1. The cover comes in matte rubber finish which attracts the dust much easily. If it have been little glossy i would have loved it.2. Expandable pocket at the back could be little bigger and little more sturdy, reinforced with cloth covers.
