Best in the Market
I read a comment that said, without a manual its difficult to setup, let me tell you dont have to setup anything. Just connect the Dongle to your laptop and start using, in fact it does not need any kind of setup. At this price point this is the best device in the market with loads of features, you can search on youtube for videos. In fact it has a inventory management system too.. Highly recommend.

Awful
Received such a awful product. Item condition is like used product. I'm very disappointed with this.

Okayish product
The product is okay. The packaging from amazon was a complete disaster. For a 3500 worth of a product the packaging was a normal polybag. The box was completely damaged but thankfully the product wasnt. I have used this product earlier too but it managed to work only for 2 years. After a while it doesnt read certain barcodes. But upto two years the product worked just fine.

Works fantastic. Had issues with using it for the first time as there is no proper manual given in the box nor any helpful resources online. The right way to go about it with a Mac is : 1) connect usb dongle to the computer. 2) scan “restore defaults” printed on a sheet inside the box 3) scan “ force pairing” printed on the same sheet. 4) start Text Edit. Scan any product and the number will show on the screen. No software / driver installation needed. I-ball must give some instructions for using this product on their support site.
