Authentic Gandules
I hosted a Puerto Rican family for a few weeks and they wanted me to try arroz con gandules, but gandules are apparently not the easiest to find here in the PNW.The rice and gandules dish was very tasty, it seemed like the gandules added a nice nuttiness to the rice.A little pricey for a bag of peas, but it was worth it to have an authentic dish made up by my guests.

Peas too big
Bigger than the peas I was looking for to make peas and rice

I grew these to sprout and make my own plants. They germinated like crazy
I was shocked at how well they sprouted, after reading a review stating they didn't for them. They all did for me. I soaked them for a few hours before planting, but they all sprouted and are growing outside. I suppose most people order these to eat. The taste is great as well. They came fast, and double packaged for safety and purity.
