Paul Levy's work is, to me, a "must read" for anyone interested in the transformational process we're moving through these days (both at the individual and planetary levels).I've served as a vibrational reader for many years, and am/have been well aware of this virus that affects all levels of our lives. This book is merely an extended quote from "Columbus and Other Cannibals" by Jack Forbes and Derrick Jensen and is filled with metaphoric generalizations, rather than actual examples. It was probably the only go-to book while "Columbus" was out of print, but thankfully that one has been rereleased. Save yourself some time and frustration, and get Forbes and Jensen's book instead.

After reading Paul Levy's book, "Dispelling the Wetiko," I feel much more clear on shadow, the human condition and my future as a man among men. I have been doing men's work for 14 years now, most of them in positions of leadership. My work has taken me into two prisons, Folsom and Gulu state prison in northern Uganda, multiple men's circles and other programs involving both boys and girls. I have also worked with the Boys to Men program which I took to South Africa in 2007. I see Paul's work as a way toward deeper understanding of the human experience and especially significant in the realm of forgiveness. I have been working with shadow energy for sometime now and heartily believe that this information should be taught in schools beginning at the early high school level. I won't go into the obstacles that that would face that idea but suffice it to say, it is that important.The way he articulates his information has answered questions that have haunted my thinking for most of my life. What is more important than understanding human behavior.
