Very delicious. From Figi. A little on the mild side in flavor. I wish it was lower in sugar. Excellent quality, no stringy, chewy pieces, just soft, succulent ginger. For me very addictive, I could eat the whole bag at one time if I let myself.😊 Packaged well and delivered well. No complaints!

These were perfectly seasoned. The ginger is strong but doesn't burn your mouth. They are like gummies with a ginger flavor with sugar. Will buy again.

These enhance sweet bread, cookie, and cake recipes. Put some in a food processor and you have ginger sugar for drinks snd sprinkling. Have you tried these stirred into coleslaw? Next level.

**UPDATE (a few weeks later)** I now bought the GIN GINS (Bigger chunks of crystallized Ginger) and they are DELICIOUS!!!! OH MY GOSH!!! These people know their Ginger! My only complaint is the SMALL amount in the bags... The bags are ALREADY SMALL, and not even half full. I'm really tired of every food company pulling this nonsense... But I absolutely LOVE this Ginger! (Sorry for the terrible flip-phone pics!) **ORIGINAL REVIEW** At first I didn't like it! I loved the texture and the way it was sugared, but it was too spicy for me. Then after 2 days of eating it, it grew on me! I really like this stuff! It's beautiful! If you like more, smooth/mild ginger, I would not buy this one, but if you like some sharp/spiciness you will love this! My only complaint is the amount you get for the price... The bag isn't even half full. It's quite expensive ginger - but you can really see/taste/feel the quality. It's something else! I wish they would make a MILD version of this exact style! That would be WONDERFUL! (**PHOTO** Orange line indicates the fullness... Pretty empty... That's not very nice...)

The bag isn't expired but the contents look old. You can see from the clear window that there is moisture inside and all the crystalized sugar has melted. I bought these before and they were lighter in color and you could see the sugar on the outside of the ginger. I didn't even open this bag and you can see there's moisture inside.

Amazing taste! Very fresh bag with squares of sugar coated ginger that was very easy to chew. Nice bite and heat level appropriate for cookies and snacking. They’d be even better if available in a smaller size, but I don’t mind chopping some for cookies.

I've tried to buy this 4 times. 3 times it was heat damaged and I got a refund. At first I thought it was delivery damage but after ordering during the cold months and getting the same damaged product, I have no idea anymore. I really want this to work and I'm really frustrated that I have to give up on it. The product that I received was wet, gooey, and inedible. I think this is heat damage. I threw it away. v.2 When it isn't ruined, it's big chunks of very sweet mild ginger. I like this style but it's a lot of sugar.

It's yummy, but way too sweet to my taste. Won't buy it again.

Ginger is good for stomach upsets. I always take some when travelling. Chop up for stirfries or add to peanutbutter or ginger cookies. Always great quality.

They tasted a little chemically. The ones that come in a box taste better.
