Shoulder Pulley Over The Door Physical Therapy System, Exercise Pulley, Alleviate Shoulder Pain and Facilitate Recovery from Surgery

This is a great tool. It works well and does exactly what I need it to. It was very easy to install and fit over the door without much effort. It is effective in promoting my range of motion and I was able to adjust it to the length that I need.

What I like about this shoulder pulley. 1. It has an overall simple design. 2. The pulley is simple and works smoothly. 3. The over the door design is simple, does not damage the door or paint and stays in place when the door is closed. Easy install and removal. It’s rubber. 4. The ropes are nice and will last years or likely my lifetime. My kids will inherit this shoulder pulley system. 5. The plastic handles are comfortable and will not deteriorate since they are not foam or rubber. The rope is thread through the handle and knotted at the bottom, which allows you to tie a knot in the rope to adjust the length of the rope. I did tie a knot in the rope in my photo. 6. A sample exercise suggestion pamphlet comes with the pulley. This pulley is very similar to the one used by my physical therapist.

Fits well over my door so I can continue PT at home. Strong, functional and well built. Works well to improve my range of motion. The grips are comfortable.

This works. the strap secures it to the top of the door by wedging between the top of the door and door frame when the door is closed. Open the door, it can fall off. However, it has NOT fallen off for over a month on one of my closet doors that I occasionally open and close. We have high ceiling and 8" doors making it a nuisance if i have to use a step ladder each time. So, it is ok compared to slightly more expensive one that has a metal "U" piece that secures it to the top of the door.

It’s fantastic, it is much better on the handles than the ones I get in rehab. Easy to use, just on the door, grab a chair and do your exercises. Great value

This exact item was recommended by our physical therapist after a shoulder injury. It functions just as well as the one they use in their office. It seems to be made from quality materials and has a functional design that makes it easy to put over a door and use in a variety of places. We have not had any issues with it not fitting where we needed it to. It is lightweight and portable. It is helping my daughter on her road to recovery.

Good option if recovering from shoulder surgery or injury. Materials aren’t heavy duty, but so far are fine for doing PT at home. If you need something that delivers a lot of use, like multiple people using it multiple times a day, or if you need something that last for years, probably look for a more robust pulley system. But if it’s just for one person for a few months of rehab, this is a great price for an adequate piece of equipment.
