Works as expected. The firmware version on the phone as received was two years old, but upgrading was not much of a problem. Needed to upgrade to an intermediate version before I could upgrade to the latest version firmware. This phone comes with a power supply but can optionally work with standard POE.

These phones stop working for periods of around 10 mins every 20 mins or so. So they will work perfectly for ~20 mins, and then just stop for ~10 minutes. I know it's not my service because our other phones in the office work perfectly fine throughout the entire day with no interruptions in service. Also, I switched this phone with one of our new Snom 300s and no issue. I am going to try and do a reset on it and give it another go. If I get it working, I will update this review, otherwise I am going to request to return it.
