I am using the Palmyra Sugar now for two weeks and I love it. I heard that it has lots of nutrition that supports athletic activities, and sine I am a runner I was curious to try. Nutrition values are similar to electrolytes and that is what I am looking for. I use this sugar in my tea. The Palmyra sugar tastes like honey to me. Thus, it does not taste like regular white sugar. I like it a lot and it does seem to give me a bit of an energy boost. In my opinion, if you are looking for a nutritious sweeter and you like the taste of honey than you will not be disappointed. If you look for a taste of a white sugar than this sugar is not for you.

This is a pretty organically processed sugar. It's not as sweet as coconut sugar. And tastes slightly fermented. Not in a spoiled way, but as an attribute of the flowers it comes from. It's a personal preference whether you will like that or not.

It’s wonderful and medicinal. It is packed in a glass bottle to preserve its medicinal essence.
