Beautiful, quality laptop
I personally only use asus or alienware computers. When it comes to laptops, nothing is better than asus, lets make that very clear. However, I got this for a family member and was very impressed with it when assessing it and setting it up. For an average user who wants a great computer on a budget, this is a winner. No frills, just a solid workhorse for standard office use, you cant beat this (ok you can, dell has excellent compd units). I enjoyed the build quality and sleek design of this computer. The USB C power is great, tiny adapter is always nice. And the computer comes with a bag, how 2010 is that? I love it. No obvious markings of fingerprint scanner on the packaging, I just went into windows settings, selected fingerprint, and what do you know, the fingerprint scanner is on the power button, nice. Maybe put a sticker noting that it is a feature.Would I buy this computer for myself? never, I need graphics and gaming. But I will suggest this computer to anyone who does not want a dell or asus and is looking for a reliable office computer. It has a very sexy sleek look to it.

Important to have computer works knowledge!
The new computer requires a steep learning curve but I think I will love it with some practice time. Great purchase! Value for the money is excellent. It was pricey, but rapid speed and huge memory are pluses.

Watch external peripherals
Seems to be a good computer, I had trouble with it due to a bad external drive. So if you have problems with this computer check the external drive. I was able to load software but got the fatal blue screen at times. With a lot of troubleshooting it came down to the CD-ROM.

Great value for money
Recently bought the product. It is light enough, just what I needed (the Acer laptop I was using for the last few years was too heavy for my liking). The package included everything required and the setup was straightforward. It is also fast enough. No complaints. Great value for money.

At Least the One I got Didn't work
Took it out of the box, plugged it in, tried to setup - it froze at the searching internet sites, and would not do anything, even shut off. Sent back.
