Great scrub, doesnt need much and thank goodness it is not those little bitty particles that do nothing , at least for my skin. This stuff is heavy, healthily abrasive and really exfoliates without drying

Rub it on legs and heels before shaving! Awesome smoothness!
I usually just do my face with this scrub(makeup goes on great afterwards) but my daughter suggested using it on my calves and heels befor e shaving. Smooth wonderful results
