Love this coffee maker. Works well and it’s easy to use. Great value for the price.

I purchased this Gevi coffee maker through Amazon around August/September, and after only a few months of light, normal use it completely failed. When I start a brew, water immediately leaks out of the bottom of the machine. No water reaches the brew basket at all — the coffee grounds stay completely dry. The leak only happens when the machine is powered on and the pump engages, which strongly suggests an internal failure. The unit has never been dropped or mishandled. Because water is leaking inside the machine while it’s plugged in, this is also a safety concern. At this point the coffee maker is unusable. I expected better durability from a machine at this price point. Unfortunately, based on my experience, reliability is a serious issue. I’ve contacted customer service to request a replacement or refund.

Nice combo of grinder and coffee maker. Has a lot of different settings - powder amount, grind level and brew strength- to adjust to your preferred coffee strength and flavor. I added some small appliance casters to the bottom to make moving it on the counter to fill it up (the water reservoir access is from the back) easier as the included feet don’t slide. The grinder is a bit loud but fine otherwise. The filling area is narrow and at the back as mentioned above and you have be careful when adding water to do so kind of slowly otherwise the the carafe spills water all over. Decent value for your money I think and saves counter space. Has an included reusable filter cone which is also nice but requires some water use to clean, so I don’t know if it’s a benefit ecologically vs a recycled paper filter.

Worked great until it didn’t purchased in Aug ‘25 and stopped pumping water today leaking all over counter too expensive to last less than six months I do not recommend. Editing review related to outstanding customer service by Cristina. Very responsive to my . concerns and with some documentation on my part (understandable) she arranged to replace unit and even sent a years supply of cleaning tablets at no charge (no more vinegar solution). Would not hesitate to purchase from this company again! Cannot wait to have freshly ground coffee again. I miss this unit!

The sound and smell of fresh ground coffee in the morning is FANTASTIC! I’m hooked forever. This pot is worth the price. I hated up the mess of grinding coffee grounds and loading them. This pot lets me keep a good supply of fresh beans a couple days ahead. A few tips: READ THE DIRECTIONS or get someone to help with this pot. It has a 24 hour clock only. No getting a preset for P.M. instead of A.M. It recommended MEDIUM ROAST not Dark. You can also adjust the strength! I LOVE IT. Never going back to pods or pre ground coffee ever again! That’s not a problem for me. It will stay on and warm coffee for no longer than 120 minutes. So if you want to turn back on, TURN GRIND OFF, then turn pot to on. Only things is the water reservoir could be wider as pouring must be precise. Pot is big so I may remedy turning the pot halfway around by purchasing a lazy Susan (swivel). I donated my large pod pot to a local school’s teacher’s lounge. My kids discovered on their last visit that my pot was undeniably THE BEST EVER!

Worked well when it worked. Water pickup from the reservoir has failed and suddenly started dumping all of the water out of the weep holes on the bottom. I would imagine that the connection has fallen off of the water pump; unfortunately this maker uses very small recessed tri-wing screws, so it is difficult to triage. Tried to contact customer support via chat (within the service hour window) but no one was available.

I love this coffee maker however after the first descaling air somehow got trapped in the tubes so now the coffee maker takes 20-30 minutes to brew and I have troubleshot with multiple methods and it still hasn’t helped. It’s very disappointing because it’s great until you have to descale it then it essentially breaks. Update: Like two weeks later and it leaked out the bottom of the water reservoir just like everyone else. This is a piece of junk and a waste of money. And naturally the warranty is 30 days..

I had a problem with the first two this one is working like a charm. I’m glad I didn’t give up on this company. It grinds the coffee to what fineness you want. The taste is rich. I highly recommend this one.
