One of the worse purchase I've ever made. The body from plastic even the screw, you got to be kidding, broke while using it. Not worth it, zero quality and it's a piece of crap.

I meant to order an electric one but ordered the manual one by mistake. Honestly it worked just the same. However the electric one would shave ice much faster, you don’t want to see shaved ice all melted before you eat, so with manual one, must work fast but shouldn’t have a problem, it is simple and easy to use. I find the plastic cups that came with the machine is not enough to make ice, cannot over fill the cups either, so 1 cup can only get bingsu for 1 person, need to contact supplier to get more cups but they literally do not understand English. Mind you, instruction manual is in Japanese as well. So, not much help from them, One advise, you have to make sure you absolutely want the machine, it is truly from Japan, if you are not happy, returning the item to Japan cost a fortune! However, Japanese people are generally very honest, they accept returns.

It’s easy to assemble and the ice made from the container just right for one serving, you need to pre made extras ice if you plan to have multiple servings. It’s very easy to adjust the bottom blade to control the shaved ice thickness. Overall, I like the product and would recommend my friends to own one if you like shaved ice.

手動式なので、もうちょっとボディががっちりしてるといいと思います。一生懸命まわそうとするとぐにゃぐにゃして力が逃げる感じが残念。氷自体は、あまり刃を出しすぎなければきれいなかき氷ができます。
