Good smell and taste
This goes good on a rack of ribs when you go to cook it.

I have used this seasoning before. It gives a very good BBQ mesquite flavor without being overwhelming.

I mix in with my ground Deer meat to season it then vacuum pack. Gives the meat that campfire taste and smell.
