Excellent, Highly recommended
This is a really good quality item. Strongly made and since I purchased it in 2017 (now early 2022), it has not deteriorated in any way at all. Indeed, I have only needed to inflate it a little in the last 18 months, it hardly lost any air at all. The pump and adaptor that came with it is fine, it works well. I used my own pump and adaptor yesterday because I couldn't find the one it was sold with. That worked fine as well. There must be a seriously good quality non return valve in the cushion, because absolutely NO air came out of it when I was inflating (as can happen when inflating bicycle tyres and the valve is released on removing the pump), very impressive. There are no instructions with it if I remember correctly. But, there are loads of videos on you tube, just type in the product name to to website for fast links. The colour of the cushion has not faded over time. I use it with the spikes side facing downward to grip the carpet. However, I believe the proper way to use it is with them facing up, so your bare feet get a bit of massage whilst balancing. I dont like that myself and the grip is needed on the carpet to avoid it slipping around. I find it easy to use and with slight ankle weakness and right foot pronation, (my foot rolls inwards like my mothers did as she aged), I have found it strengthens and improves the muscle tone a great deal. It has also improved my balance greatly. My age is against me, I have some nervousness when out and about on icy pavements. This balance cushion has given me confidence to balance better. In all, a very good quality item. Happy to recommend. I am assuming the manufacturer has not changed the way it is made since 2017 of course.

Tenna required!
I bought this under instruction of my physiotherapist because I hurt my Achilles tendon and need to stabilise my foot strength by balancing on one leg. For many years now I have had general aching and pain in my feet if I sit still for too long, and especially so when I wake in the morning. I assumed this to be a symptom of many years of sports and martial arts and middle age. The stairs first thing in the morning is a small challenge -- I have to hold on to the bannister and wall to prevent myself from falling because of the pain as I start to descend... I'd normally start off slow, and by the time I am half way down I am racing to get one foot in front of the other just to stop myself from falling simply because I can't slow once I've started going. I look a right state and have considered crash mats at the bottom of the stairs!Anyway, after a couple of days I got down stairs in the morning and suddenly realised I didn't have to hold on to the bannister and wall to prevent myself from falling... despite all my years of training, it seems the smaller supporting muscles in my feet weren't as strong as they should've been, and my physio seems to think that this cushion has had an effect of improving circulation of blood in my feet leading to stringer muscles and less foot pain.I've got pretty good balance from lifting my leg for kicking, but my standing leg is much more stable than I've known for years, and I'm putting that improvement down to this cushion again. So, if you get foot pain and aching in general day-to-day life give one of these a go. The knobbly, grippy bits digging into my foot make me want to wee though!

Good product
I ordered this having read the reviews and being fully prepared to either have to wait for a replacement pump doo-dah or figure out a way to blow it up myself. It seems as though the seller has taken on board comments from buyers though as my cushion came with two inflation attachments for the pump, but actually the first one I tried worked first time and with no problems (I appreciate this may have been luck more than anything else...).We have previously owned two wobble cushions - one my husband used to use to stand on and work on his core, the other I used to sit on daily at work to improve my posture and help with back and shoulder issues. Once upon a time I could sit on one of these all day every day but it seems I am now out of practice and struggle to sit comfortably for more than c.15mins, however this is with pregnancy-related SPD which makes sitting of any description challenging. Were this my first experience of wobble cushions I probably wouldn't be that impressed, but having used them previously and knowing how helpful they can be I can recommend sticking with it. They really do make you sit in a much better position - it's almost impossible to slump! The product itself is robust and decent quality. My only caution is to watch out what you put it on as the spiky bits on the bottom can do all sorts to chairs if you don't keep an eye on them. Also, they can be a bit cold after a while so personally I think lining the top with something is worthwhile.

Excellent quality, but I get a sore backside!
I actually bought 3 of these to help me with lower back pain during pregnancy and to keep my pelvis tilted correctly - I keep one in my office, one at home and one spare. I found the cushion to be of very good quality and unlike many others have had no issue with any of the pumps and fittings. Also very happy with the price. However, I don't find it very comfortable to sit on for a prolonged period at my desk - I end up with a very sore backside! I've tried putting other soft cushions on top of it and deflating it a bit to make it softer which has improved comfort a bit but I end up with less "wobble". Looking through the other reviews it seems nobody else has had this problem though so perhaps it is just me...
