Highly recommend!!
The first thing I want to mention is the delivery! I ordered this in the morning at 10am and it arrived by 7pm on the same day! Getting onto the actual review tho. I was torn between getting the Hollyland system or the DJI system, I had tried both of them at different events and decided to go with Hollyland, mainly for the wireless audio monitoring and I must say, I’m blown away with the quality. 32 bit float audio is no joke. I do a lot of filming with cars and being able to record 2 channels of audio is extremely useful as I can put one mic in the engine bay and one inside the car and with how strong the magnets are I have no concerns about the mics falling off. I also love the ability to plug in a lav mic, I’m not a fan of having mics in shot when I’m filming and being able to use these as transmitters instead makes it really useful. You get loads of accessories in the box and pretty much every cable you’ll need. The audio quality out of these mics is insane for their size and you’ll definitely notice the difference in quality. Overall I’m really happy with these and they have been a massive upgrade to my audio setup.

Very good, very impressed
This is my first mic kit bought on black friday, it's amazing. There's some quirks that might trip someone up: Connection issues solution: If using a mobile and the app, to get it to connect fully, use the USB receiver, then it'll connect the mic once you hold the power button until it enters bluetooth mode, or it'll do it automatically if you've done it before. It doesn't seem to be FULLY connected unless you go down to wireless monitoring and turn that on too, back out of the screen and you should see the mic being picked up in the app, if you don't, click on wireless monitoring again (check it's on) and then back out again and it'll work. (My guess is whoever programmed the app simply made a logic error where going into that screen plays the animation to tick the on button but has used a flip flop which turns it back off if that animation is triggered again, hence why doing it a second time turns it back on simply by entering that screen). I'm guessing there's other small workflow things to note but I haven't found them yet, so far I'm ridiculously impressed by the features and quality though for the price I got it for. I think the connection issues other reviewers have said might be little logic quirks about how the hardware was developed and programmed, which, if you know how what order to do things in, shouldn't be an issue. I've not had it long though so, I could be wrong.

Crystal-Clear Audio After a Tricky Setup
I bought ultimate Combo. The sound quality is definitely good, no doubt about that. But it doesn’t work straight out of the box. You’ll need some time to set it up properly. You’ll have to download the app, explore the functions, and do a bit of trial and error before it runs smoothly. If you want to use it as a mic for video calls on a laptop or PC, make sure your drivers are updated and restart your system; for recording, ensure everything is paired correctly and the app is up to date. Sound-wise it’s excellent, but it does require tweaking before it works as expected. Another drawback is when the RX is connected to systems with multiple audio devices. It’s hard to know which one is your mic. It would be much better if the RX appeared with a unique name on the PC. I even had to disconnect all my other mics and speakers just to identify which one was the Lark Max 2. You can also rename it on PC once you find out your input device. A Windows app would be a great addition too. It would also help if they made a short YouTube tutorial showing how to set it up on camera, phone, and PC, without all the sales talk or comparisons. Just short and simple step-by-step guide. That said, once you get the hang of it and understand the functions, it’s an excellent mic that delivers crystal-clear audio.

Farewell, TX650 — it’s been real (and tinny)
As a wedding filmmaker, I’ve lugged around more tiny recorders than I care to admit, but the LARK MAX 2 Combo has officially sent my old Sony TX650s into retirement. These little mics are absurdly compact yet they sound like a full audio crew hiding behind the altar. Crisp vocals, zero faff, and reliable connection all day long. They’ve survived wind, bagpipes, and emotional vows without breaking a sweat.

Ingenuous mic design - does unpair though..
I have a range of Hollyland products from clip on microphones to wireless communications when working with people on set. The fact that I can put four tiny mics on four people discreetly and run a small podcast episode without any hassle is an absolute win! They charge very quickly the run time is three 3 1/2 hours. The case is great and whilst I do wish they had a four-way charging case or at least supply another way to connect up the two mics to charge them the system is really good value for money based upon what you can do with it. I have used the 32 bit float recording function repeatedly and it has saved my bacon. The ability to attach a love mike on the 3.5 mm jack adapter is excellent and again because it's so small I can hide it on people without having to think about shoving it in the pocket. The only problem I've encountered, hence the four stars is the fact that it regularly unpairs from the receiver which means I have to irritating the pair the thing whilst I'm in production making me look a little amateurish whereas with the DJI Mic2's I have work flawlessly every single time. Not sure if it's another software update they need or it's the set I've got but it happens more frequently than I prefer.

Stonking value and quality. Genuinely impressed.
Zero complaints here. Actually, really good quality - prefer these to the DJI alternative. Bought for second camera use in a 2-cam setup, so I could pop one pair of wireless mics per camera for a 4pax interview. Having the wireless in ear monitors means as a solo shooter I can monitor audio from the second camera alongside the main. BUT - I like these so much they have become my main set. Smaller, clearer and crisper than the alternative. Plus coming with 2 lav mics included is also a great value add. Wish I had maybe bought the 4pax kit, but I'm positive I'll add two extra receivers further down the line. Highly recommend so far.

Simply the best
Wow wow wow, this Lark Max 2 is phenomenal but if kit, discrete with excellent performance, would like to purchase the wireless ear pieces if anyone can direct me where I can purchase. This is by far the best.
