Screen properly fits OnePlus 13R.

Size is off, oversized, can not use with case. Adhesive quality is subpar as well. I recommend Supershieldz.

It sticks on the screen just fine. It's slightly taller and wider than the screen, so it fully covers it. There's no alignment tool, so you just have to line it up by hand and hope for the best (probably won't get it right on the first try). The screen protector has a flat, 90 degree edge. It attracts all kinds of dust and detritus which gets stuck under the very edge, so it's impossible to really remove it. It gets the job done, but it's nothing special. With a lesser-known brand like OnePlus, there just aren't many other options.

One screen had a defect and another didn't stick in the bottom right corner, leaving an air pocket there. Would not recommend. I'll use it until the bubble gets worse, then replace with something else.
