I love this seasoning. Use it for pork & chicken . Great flavor. Makes great pulled pork.

If you know what carne adovada is, then you are probably from New Mexico. If you have had NMCA, you probably know that getting good CA anywhere but NM is non-existent. I moved out of NM 20 years ago and haven't had good CA in that amount of time. Without looking, I'll bet $100 this company is based in the Land of Enchantment.As far as taste, very good. We had some extra pork from a dish a couple of days ago. Threw that and DG mix into a Crockpot on warm for the afternoon. Turned out very tasty. In addition, I had to have it with eggs and beans for breakfast (just to make sure).If you know what CA is, are in NM and don't have 12 hours, or are a NM ex-enchanter, try this. You won't be disappointed.

This is very close to the real deal from New Mexico. I have enjoyed this product very much.

I just received this yesterday, and I used a packet of it today to roast a large port butt roast. This was one of the best pork roasts ever using this product. I kept adding water throughout the day and cooked the pork roast for about 7 or 8 hours. I would highly recommend this product if you love southwestern flavor. I will definitely buy this product again. Love this flavor.

I loved having carne adovada every time I have been to Albuquerque and Santa Fe. The spices are perfect. We cook a pork shoulder in the crock pot with these seasonings and have a perfect meal. Highly recommended. Works with beef too.

Here in Southern California, not many Mexican restaurants serve pork Adovada. Maybe because this is a New Mexico dish. This mix is delicious and easy to use. We'll be buying it again.
