This is a great product and I am so pleased to have found it! I find these a lot easier to use than the heart shaped ones from the same company and these are also less noticeable when worn during intimate times. The product really does work and enables you to continue your usual activities during your period while providing better comfort than a normal tampon. They are a little tricky to remove at first but once you get used to them they remove easily. I would recommend these without hesitation. The only downside is the cost.

Always get these as I work in adult industry .. they are perfect for intimacy moments without the mess! Dont wear all day, only for hour or so. But very comfortable ect! Great product

Good product but difficult to take out

Great product and does the job on my medium flow. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars and not 5 stars is because it can be difficult to remove. So for your info: Squat down low and alternate pushing down on your pelvic floor and then relaxing. This eases the sponge down enough to a point where you can grab hold of it. Be persistent it just take a bit of getting used to. Probably wouldn't have the issue if just using for sports or swimming as wouldn't be pushed up as far.

Wish I knew about these long ago. Great for just at the beginning or end of your period when you need to be somewhere important. They keep my mind at ease.

I thought it would be nice to try these sponges due to their softness, they seemed really comfortable and easy to put in/take out. Oh, boy! I was so wrong. Starting by saying it is easy to put it in, just wash your hands, apply some lube and put it up there. It made me really itchy (I didn't know you can have an itch up there, it really was a first for me, in 24 years of life) for the first 15-20 minutes, then it was all good, though I could still feel it. A few hours pass and I felt it getting heavier so naturally, I went to the toilet to get it out and put a new one in. Well...That took about 25-30 minutes of cardio, yoga and some jiu jitsu poses, 4 fingers up my cooch, a pair of tweezers, a lot of swearing, sweating and crying (because I was frustrated, so why not?!). The booklet says to put your finger through the hole, in the sponge, and hook it out...But they failed to mention that it takes the "Matrix" kind of dexterity and the precision of a surgeon to find the hole in the sponge and pull it out. And when I finally found the hole, I felt a sense of victory, tried to pull it out and...It broke. Good luck!

It’s huge in size but manageable to insert it but a nightmare to take it out.

I love these things! I use a cup for most of my period, but that means no intercourse. Taking cups out for 'play' can also be messy, but you don't want to miss out just because it's your time of the month. That's why these sponges are amazing. Put one in (very easy to do!) before you have fun and just take it out afterwards. No 'mess' whatsoever and they can't be felt. I rave about them to everyone! Due to the price, however, I wouldn't use them for my whole period. I just use them for those fun times. Please also remember to be safe, as these are not contraceptive sponges!

Ik kende deze tampons niet en worden blijkbaar vooral gebruikt voor het zwemmen en bij seksuele betrekkingen tijdens de menstruatieperiode. Hier had het een ander doel: dochter heeft altijd uitslag van maandverband en durfde zo jong geen tampons inbrengen. Met deze lukte het wel en ze wil sindsdien geen andere meer dan dit soort sponsjes zal ik het noemen. Zelf nog niet gebruikt gezien ik me met voordeligere opties kan behelpen maar voor dochter was dit de oplossing voor haar probleem. Intussen ook aangeraden aan andere dames met jonge tienerdochters gezien dit hier niet zo bekend is bij het grote publiek maar afgezien van de eerst genoemde functies zeker ook voor jonge meiden een fijne bescherming kan bieden
