Dryer worked good for 1 year and 2 months. Now the drum is not working 1 month after end of warranty. Can't find any support. Ordered on Ama,on.

I have had zero issues, this is a great dryer, in fact my sister is coming to use it today to dry her clothes, because he's just died lol..

I am a busy mom, with a busy schedule. I don’t own a truck so to go to the store to buy and load a dryer is not an option for me. This was so convenient, great service, great delivery. The dryer was the exact one I wanted. A perfect simple dryer, great value for the price dryer!

We chose this dryer primarily because it was the highest rated (by a prominent consumer ratings magazine) full size dryer that would fit in the laundry alcove in our 1968 vintage home. We are very happy with its performance as a dryer, which is fast and, thanks to an end of cycle fluffing period (with signals every 5 minutes for up to 40 minutes), quite wrinkle-free. It has a very large capacity, and is relatively quiet, with very little vibration (especially after putting small rubber mat-strips under the front feet).

The dryer works very efficiently with every load.

Delivery Team refused to install into room of choice. Claimed it wouldn't fit even though I took measurements. Had to install myself. Team left without testing dryer. Didn't even remove it from the box for me. Lock on dryer door is loose!
