Buy these!!!
I will not complain about the price because these are a GAME CHANGER! My husband has Alzheimer’s and the Depends you get from the store don’t give the necessary protection, and the tab style briefs are bulky so don’t work either… My husband is completely comfortable in these and with no leakage, have helped me IMMENSELY!! HIGHLY recommend!

Great if you are wealthy
NorthShore GoSupreme are by far better than the average incontinence such as Depends or Tena. They are soft and the most comfortable but LivDry are VERY close in performance and comfortability plus they are more than $30 cheaper for a case of 48. So while NorthShore has a slight edge on LivDry, that edge isn't worth the extra cost. They are WAY overpriced.

Depends on your expectations
First, your impressions of this diaper will be formed by what you're comparing it to. If you've been wearing Depends Flex Fit or Tena for Men, these will probably seem like the best product ever made. However, if you're used to wearing full tape-on diapers like the Abena M4 of NorthShore's own Supreme diaper, you may be disappointed. However, that's not to say that they aren't okay. As far as pull ups go, they're actually quite good. For being a relatively high-capacity pull up, they fit quite snugly when you first put them on. Them don't seem terribly big or bulky, and the waistband comes doesn't come up much higher than a full-rise pair of briefs. Compared to store-brand pull ups, the absorbency is much better. For me on a normal day, these could handle two regular wettings as long as I didn't flood them or wet the second time while sitting down. The downside to this is that they absolutely will leak if you flood or even just heavily wet them while sitting down, and even when standing up a second full flood will cause them to leak. Additionally, while they are fairly discreet when dry, they do bulk up a decent amount in the front when wet. However, I never noticed much of an increase in size in the back despite the fact that they are fairly good at wicking moisture. They are decent for what they are, but don't expect miracles if you're used to a premium tape-on diaper.

Surprisingly Absorbant and Comfortable!
As a full-time rideshare driver, I spend long hours on the road, often with passengers in the car and sometimes no easy access to restrooms—especially on long-distance trips. The NorthShore GoSupreme protective underwear has been a total game-changer for me. These diapers are incredibly absorbent—they hold a surprising amount of urine and have never leaked on me. I’ve tested them during some of my longest rides, and I always feel dry, comfortable, and confident. The fit is secure yet discreet, and the material is soft and breathable, so I never feel like I’m wearing anything uncomfortable. The heavy-duty waistband and leg elastics make a big difference when I'm getting in and out of the car throughout the day. If you take long roadtrips like I do, or just need reliable protection for long periods of time, these are absolutely worth it. Five stars all the way!

Heavy duty
Nice heavy duty product that arrived earlier than the initial delivery date. Was particularly helpful with side effects of chemotherapy.

Easily the best
Here’s the thing: most pull-up style incontinence underwear is a compromise. Normally they don’t handle a full empty without leaking, they’re only good for one empty, or they only really work well in certain positions, even the overnight ones. These are easily the best I’ve ever used! The waistband is quite stretchy, but not uncomfortable at all, with a piece of tape built in to make disposal more compact. Normally I cannot do a full empty while sitting down without leaking or feeling like it will leak, but these held up like a champ. The absorbency piece goes almost completely front to back and the leg guards are quite substantial. Even after one empty they don’t feel like they’re sagging at all! The color and sheen make them look like they could be worn without being pegged as incontinence underwear at all. These are by far the ones I’d recommend to anyone who has been disappointed by incontinence underwear in the past—they are easy to use, easy to decide which is front or back, well designed, and not so thick that they make it look like you’re wearing a diaper at all.
