Schwalbe Unisex's Silento K-Guard Tyres, Black, 47-622, 11100241.01V

Changed my Continental mountain bike tyres for these tyres to use on road & tracks. They are quiet & have cut down on road resistance so not as tiring.

I can only score this 4 out of 5 at the moment as it is too early days, but so far so good. Max tyre pressure 65psi where my previous tyre pressure was 85 psi so I can't pump it up as hard.I cycle every day so the tyre will get a 'hammering' and then I will come back and comment again.Great price for the product and the delivery was prompt, so I have no issues with that side of the order.

excellent tyre, on the bike for 10 months and about 5000miles, still going strong with minimal signs of wear. good for years, great grip in the wet, mud on and off road.

It's early days yet, but no punctures to date (about 500 miles done). I cycle 20 miles for the daily commute, using roads and towpaths. This will not be as resistant to punctures as a Schwalbe Marathon, but it's much less expensive.Fitted very easily onto the wheels of my big heavy Pilen Lyx.

purchased new inner tube so i went for a new tyre as well same make very happy with the tyre so i bought new for the front as well more confident that i wont get any more flat tyres

Excellent - fast and quiet running.

I am so angry with this tyre i have decided to write this short review.I have only had this silento tyre on for 6 months and i have had 4 punctures!!!! I have a schwalbe marathon plus on the front which has been on 5 months and it hasn't punctured once,I managed 18 months without a puncture with kenda tyres before putting this bloody tyre on. Using the exact same riding routes.My advice: Spend extra and buy the marathon plus.

just replaced the original 12 years old Schwalbe Silento and I only had 3 punctures in that time (daily riden) !!!!, the new Silento is a lovely tyre with K Guard 3 and the weight is way lower than the Schwalbe Marathon's that I have fitted on my other bikes. I recommend this tyre 100%

Gutes Produkt. Beim letzten Mal haben die Mäntel 12 Jahre gehalten und werden es hoffentlich nun wieder.Schnelle Lieferung, aber unmögliche Verpackung! 2 Schläuche in zwei viel zu großen Kisten! Die hätten mit Sicherheit beide in die Kiste vom Foto gepasst.

Look great; good quality. The size I purchased fit 700 rim (622 inner diameter) nicely. Tires are on the lighter end (for the size), weighing 690 g each. Has a wire bead but were delivered folded over a couple times- Is fine as they popped back into to circular form easily and went on (in) the rim with no trouble. Measure exactly 1.75" in width on my wheels. They ride smooth and the chunky outer edge tread gives helps riding into edges and in leaning/turning, etc. Great on road and (minimal) offroad combo. Pleased.
