A very interesting read.
The book feels a tad long, but I suppose that can't be helped, as his life is quite rich! I thought it was unnecessarily detailed atcertain points. Also you might have a sense that he sometimes brags a bit too much but it's a very interesting story nonetheless.I believe some people would find it inspiring.It taught me some good lessons, the best being "in life everything is either reps or mileage". I liked it and recommend it.

A truly remarkable life
A good read, even for those not particularly interested in Arnie. He's an incredibly inspiring individual and I feel that, at 33, I can lean a lot from this book that I can apply to my life to help me achieve my goals.
