Very effective. The thick consistency ensures that it stays where I put it. I've had a leak at the chimney cricket for a minute and this sealed it right up. Highly recommend.

I needed to seal out some water leaks in the roof around the flashing. Worked out well. All that is needed is a putty knife and an opener. Very easy to use.

Used this with Henry web tape to fix a very poorly vent on my newish mobile home. I used a paint stir stick as a disposable putty knife. Roof now sealed and was a quick fix. End of roof leak.

smell OK But hard to spred

This review is more about Amazon service than the product itself. The photo is deceptive in the sense that the can appears larger than it is. This is a tiny can. There isn’t much you can do with such a small quantity. In fact, I didn’t know this product came in such small cans. Perhaps I should have been more observant. This review, at least, will guarantee that you don’t think you’re getting a proper sized can of wet patch. The product itself is OK. I’ve used it in the past and it does the job. Normally, you will find this product in a much larger size for the same price. Amazon refused to accept the return.
