I was leery about this and the sizing. I read and reread the reviews. I went back and forth on weather to get a Large or XL. I decided on the large which was a US S/M. I'm glad I went with the large! I could have actually gone down a size to make it a tighter fit. But I got this and some "slimming" cream to try to help with the the tummy, back and arm fat. So I just need it to sweat! And so far it's working well!!!! This was the ONLY trainer I could find that had longer sleeves to go all the way down to my elbows. Where I need the most help! I do have a large bust 34DDD so the zipper does slid down slightly but I've got a safety pin holding it up. I've had to do this before with other waist trainer I've ordered. No biggie though for the price I'll deal with it! It's a very good quality. I read some reviews that said it smelled "chemically" that's just the neoprene. Every one of these trainers/trimmers with neoprene I've bought smelled just the same. Just wash it and you're good. It's going to keep a slight smell because of the neoprene (that's what makes you sweat) but this one I've got isn't bad at all. It's not toxic...For your reference I'm 5'4" about 164lbs (working on going down to 135) I'm also learning to love myself just as I am... As mentioned before 34DDD bust. I hope this helps! Got with your gut on sizing. They are pretty stretchy so if you go a size smaller it should work. If not Amazon has an awesome return policy. As soon as your item is in the mail checked in at the post office you get your credit so you don't even have to wait for them to physically haven't in their hands and go through the credit process back to the card you purchased it on.

I bought this before Christmas after I had a baby. After I healed from my C-section I started wearing this at work from 6:30-3:30 everyday. I’m 5’1 and at the beginning I weighed 135. It’s officially been a month I started wearing it. I am now 115, and the Medium that was tight is now loose. I just bought a small to continue my diet till what I was before my child was born. On the plus side I’ve always had big arms, it’s trimmed some fat off them too! Love it enough to buy another if that says anything!!!

I like the fit once I exchanged to my actual size. The sweat was real and you can feel the heat. Love it. I also have the vest, pants and tank.

I am 5'7" 150lbs and carry my weight in my upper body, I am also a 34DDD. The vest fit ok but if you have larger breast the zipper will come undone a little. The arms are roomy, I have thicker arms and it fits comfortably and they come down long enough to cover arms to biceps. I originally ordered a XL but returned it for a L, I wear the vest over a compression shirt.

It fits perfectly not too tight or lose. Im size 16 and I got xxl. Zipper does goes down if you have boobs you might have to add hooks to keep zipper up. Note: its smell but that is not a problem. Fabric is noisy too but It doesn't bother me. Im happy with this product.

Im 5.5 my weight 174 My waist is 39.5 inches. I wear Large to XL.. so i ordered the "appropriate" size "(XXL)".. well! It looks like it fits just right. But really it ISN'T snug enoughf to make me sweat properly. Id say ill have to order a XL... However HAPPY W QUALITY! HAPPY its long enoughf to cover my gut so i can sweat that too. Does a a slight smell to it.

After ordering three different sizes to find the right one I finally found the right size as the measurement listed are not accurate. I returned so many because the zipper didn’t stay up or the zipper strip was unsown. Unfortunately this is not a big girl friendly product as it isn’t long enough to cover all of my stomach and it’s constantly rolling up during workouts. I made sure to hand wash it and in less than a month it started to bunch up in areas. When I tried to stretch the material so it didn’t looked bunched it ripped and I ended up with holes inside the material (the part that holds your stomach in). Thoroughly upset that now I’m stuck with 3 of these that no longer work.

Soy talla mediana en México y Estados Unidos así que ordené la playera en M. Cuando llegó era el equivalente a una S o XS, era muy pequeña así que tuve que cambiar por la XL, afortunadamente el proceso de devolución fue muy rápido y sencillo y enseguida ordené en la otra talla y me quedó muy bien. Fuera de la talla, la playera funciona muy bien para sudar al hacer ejercicio.

Pidan una talla más grande de lo que normalmente usan porque vienen chicas en mi caso soy talla S y pedi una M y me quedo perfectamente... El material es bueno y las costuras se sienten resistentes ya llevo 3 días de uso y sudo bastante aunque es un poco exagerado decir que te comprime mucho el abdomen si te ajusta bastante

Es excelente solo un comentario, para mujeres es. Ejor que el área del busto quede abierta

Tiene buen largo, no se enrolla, es flexible. La entrega fue en tres días (pensé tomaría dos o tres semanas) me encantó
