Q: Does this chain tangle in the hair at all?

I have not had any issues with the chain tangling in my hair. The closure on mine is much smaller than this photo, by the way. It's not a round ring, and it's so small you barely see it. The chain itself is so fine that tangling is not a concern. It has a lovely shine in the light and so far has not had any crimping or twisting issues. I'm very pleased.

Q: Would this tarnish and is it strong?

No will not tarnish because is solid gold, or at least not supposed 2 , as for being strong I think it is but that also depends on what kind of stress you put on it . I personally like it and I think is of good quality .
