Love this tea! This has a different taste but you start to love it. Nothing like it. I put 2 to 3 tablespoons in almond or oat milk, add vanilla syrup, heat and top with whip cream. Delicious!

THIS is AMAZING!! I'm addicted! I've always described cherry blossoms as sort've rose scent but different and I would describe the taste like that too. Very floral and sweet smelling. This powder is not sweetened at all which is great because I can control my sugar levels.

I bought this along with a more expensive definitely-genuine sakura latte mix to compare, and use this one for baking. Unfortunately this smells and tastes nothing like the real stuff, but like cheap rose perfume. A little goes a long way, 1/2tsp was too overpowering for a 21x15 sheet cake... At least it'll last a while, I guess. Texture is all wrong to actually be powdered cherry blossoms, it's small crystalline granules like sugar, and the color is very obviously just on the surface. If it were real flowers, it would have a texture closer to ground spices or maybe even corn starch depending on the grinding equipment. Looking at the price of whole dried cherry blossoms, this stuff would be a LOT more expensive if it was actually made from them. My best guess is that it's some kind of sugar/other sweetener mixed with food coloring and rose extract. I do like rose flavored stuff so it won't go to waste, but the company is definitely lying about the ingredients to scam people who don't know what sakura is supposed to taste like. Seems to be the case for most other cheap 'sakura powder' on Amazon, as well.

This one has a strong sweet floral flavor that I find quite enjoyable. I use it to make a cold foam for my matcha latte.

I bought this to color my sweets for my daughter’s girls day since I didn’t want to use artificial food color. It colored nice pink and little scent/flavor of cherry blossom. I tried to see if I can enjoy as a drink but the taste wasn’t that good. The ingredients are Cherry blossom petals no other additive. I wish the price was more reasonable price, but I felt that I am buying for the quality.
