Maybe I received a lemon because these grills are suppose to have a good reputation but at this time I feel like this grill is not worth the money. My far right burner is completely unusable. The picture shows all three burners on high. The burner on the right is so hot that it will make the flame tamer glow orange! I tried adjusting the air and fuel mixture as shown in the Blaze videos but nothing worked. I'm currently waiting on a response from their warranty/service department, two and half days with no response.And, just to add to my dissatisfaction, the thermometer holds moisture under the glass which is also extremely annoying!
