Q: my wife has a 2018 chevy colorado with crew cab. will this cover fit my truck?

It should fit just fine as long as you have the grab handles above both doors. My customer have it in 2011 GMC Terrain , Ford Taurus, Toyota Avalon, Honda Civicand, it works great with all the adjustments available on the dog seat cover plus keeps them off the door panels!

Q: Will this fit a 2015 Dodge Ram crew cab?

I am not sure but I think it may be a bit short for a Ram , I have a Tacoma and it fits just right but the Ram is wider , it is about 54inch wide also depends if you want the dog hanging out the window I'm sure even if the hammock is a bit short of the door the dog could still stick his head out there is a strap that fits round the hand holder above the door that keeps the end up as you can see in the pictures.
